On our 8th year 10 months, we checked the bridal studio off our wedding checklist!
It was by chance that I saw their open house event on FB and wrote in to book an appointment slot with them. We wanted to go to a few bridal studios before making a decision but we were taken over by their sincerity and service which made us decided to sign on the spot with them.
Initially, I was skeptical as they were in business for only close to two years. We did not know if they have the sufficient experience and credibility in the bridal industry for us to trust them lol. However, we found out later that our worries were uncalled for seeing all the 5* reviews on their fb page.
They were extremely friendly when we arrived and showed us photos of their inhouse photography, their indoor studio setups, and their gowns selections before going through the bridal package with us. They are patient in answering all of our questions and is totally not pushy.
We found out that although they were new, but their boss, which is also their only photographer has over 15 years of experience in photography, and his wife also the ladyboss, was the brain behind the designing of the gowns. Together with 2 female helpers assisting with the bride change of gown and a male photog assistant, they were a tight team who will be assisting us throughout the entire wedding process. That was also the main reason why we signed up with them because we are sure who will be liaising with us entirely.
We then found out that their package prices are slightly cheaper than other commercialised bridal studios. There were absolutely no hidden costs except for the extra charges for Make Up Artistes when using their fake eyelashes, ampoules and requiring the MUA to arrive before 7am on actual day.
For my own benefit, I'm going to list down the package details in case I forgot lol.
We signed up for the Prewedding and Actual Day Package at $3988 NETT.

We were pretty pleased with the package and to be honest, I don't think we negotiated for alot of perks. LOL. I really love how they make everything personalised with the customisation. We like that they have a progressive payment system so it would not eat too much in our savings as well!
For memories sake, our first 2 photos of us in suits and gowns. LOL. Perks of newly opened studio is that their gowns/suits are almost brand new!
(Disclaimer: We only tried for fun and they are not the chosen one for photoshoot lol)
Starting to think mermaid gowns might be my kind of thing haha.
We shall wait for 4 more months before we select our gowns/suits in Jan next year for the prewedding shoot in Mar/Apr! How exciting!!
Now we are left with the nitty gritty details in no particular order such as
1. Actual Day Photography/Videography
2. Childhood montage/ Love story video or behind the scene of prewedding shoot
3. Emcee
4. Invitation Cards
5. Research on Prewedding shoot locations/make up look and hairdo
6. Guo Da Li/ An Chuang
7. Research on Reception Decoration
8. Food Tasting
9. Save the date Invite
10. Wedding bands
I'm starting to enjoy this wedding prep journey haha.
