Failed my TP test today :(((((
Had my last revision in the circuit before I headed to the waiting room waiting for my name to be called. And I was feeling quite zen until the moment when my name was called. Could start to feel the nervous-ness creeping in on me. And true enough, I did not manage to calm myself down, hence affected my judgment and performance.
I had so much confidence of myself that I was gonna do well. But I can only say I let nervous-ness get the better of me. :(
Whatsapp-ed Dearie and I was feeling so upset of myself and how I had let my instructor down. The boy is as sweet as always to meet me at Eunos and we headed down to Tampines for a simple lunch together. Had a pep talk from him and though I was feeling extremely upset that I teared a few times, he managed to make me happier and more optimistic.
He told me it's better for the tester to fail me and losing that $200 and learning the lesson then going out and hitting people's car which would likely results in monetary loss and demerit points. He also reassured me that I am indeed capable of handling a car, since he's been watching me through some of my circuit lessons and on the road, hence advised me to just go all out and perform at my best for my next TP test.
I shall not give up till I get hold of my license! Giving up is never my kind of thing.
JIAYOU ME!
