Mother's day this year was a cosy affair spent with 3 wonderful woman in my life.
Dinner was at Paradise Dynasty with Dearie's mum and god dad just a week before Mother's day. We ordered quite abit but we managed to clear them all. Heh.
I thought I found my favourite 杂酱面 on my last visit there but it did not fare as well this time round. The sauce was too diluted and watery :( The seafood La Mian was kinda on the salty side too.
Their speciality! And some Original XLBs!
Kinda regretted ordering these 2 dishes cause it is so zi char-ish and kinda overpriced.
Did up a lovely photo on Mother's Day itself and posted it up on Instagram since I am not spending the day with her. (:
She has been so so nice to me ever since I got together with Dearie about 6 years ago, and it just gets better. (: I am very grateful and blessed that we are able to click so well that people often mistaken us as mother & daughter heh.
Of course, on the actual Mother's day, I am spending time with my grandmother and bringing her out to the temple at Bugis and just walking around in town. She is someone who truly inspires me whenever we talk. To be frank, I have never eaten out together with her because she thinks the pricings at restaurants are ridiculous and would rather cook her own meal at home. She is just so prudent in her own ways and still live the kind of lifestyle like how she does all along, not being influenced by external lavish in life. And I don't know why but my mum too, refuses to eat out so the least I can do is to have dinner with her at home. Hahs.

So during Public Service week this year, we went to Subordinate Courts for our Learning Journey! This is the only photo cause photo taking is strictly prohibited inside, but this trip has certainly open up my eyes on the proceedings done in the court and its difference compared to the Supreme Court. Such a waste though that we did not catch any good looking lawyers. Hahs.

Ironman date and Bangkok Jam-ed with the colleagues after work on a weekday! Food portion was small and decent, but I would prefer Thai Express anytime. Hahs.
Dessert at Createaf afterwhich! This cost only $9.90 and it taste quite heavenly on a weekday.

Itacho for dinner with JJ cause I was craving for some sushi goodness.

Tonkatsu meal at Ginza Barin! With generous portion of curry and potatoes. Heh.
Brought presents for the birthday girl! A lovely cobalt blue shade of nail polish and a sleek lipstick from Yves Saint Laurent. No photos of that oops! :/

Catching up over dinner with super long time friend, Li Juan at Pizza Hut!
Meet the highly advertised cheesy trio! Which was definitely too cheesy for the 2 of us. :/ Cheese overload even though I am a cheese lover, imagine the amount of cheese in there!
All time must order whenever we are at Pizza Hut. Heh.

And recently, I finally paid a visit to Ramen Keisuke Tonkotsu King Four Seasons! They just opened a new outlet at Bugis Village!

Peek at the Menu! They have 5 wide choices: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter and King!
You can choose to have it with seaweed only, flavoured egg only or all toppings! Level of oil, done-ness of noodle can be adjusted based on personal preferences!
Best of all, free flow beansprouts and boiled eggs!

Complimentary green tea cola which is refreshing enough!
My summer ramen with all toppings! Super huge portion for me I must say! I have everything in normal level but it is slightly oily and salty so I might opt lesser on that the next time I visit.

And oh, I did it again.
Registered for the upcoming Adidas King of the Road 2013 Marathon, 16.8km Womens Open category. I wanted to go for 10km but the boy says he wanna do further, so yea I think love makes me lose my logical thinking and so I registered for that distance as well. :/ I hope I can do this!
