While we were waiting for the tiles to be laid, we went shopping for all the big items like washing machine, fridge and tv as well as the various accessories for the kitchen and bathrooms! We also settled all our furnitures at Star Living! Totally loving all their designs and reasonable prices!

Tiles were laid by then! It took approx 3 weeks and close to a month. We were worried that reno will not be going as planned but thankfully it did! Really loving the layout of the tiles too. Can you spot the constellations?
It's not really obvious that we chose different tiles as the bedrooms' ones are slightly darker hehe.
Love that the tiles look different under different lightings/times of the day. Loving it already!

Common toilet tiles overlaid and kerb done too! We really marvel at the workers' efficiency!
Master toilet done up as well! Our hdb toilet bowls were long gone too haha.
We chose to overlaid the toilet floor tiles to prevent grout lines but we had no more budget for wall tiles so yep, more vinegar and water spray then lol.
Base done up for washing machine too! Super impressed with the excellent workmanship!

We like that the tiles are not uniform so each tile and grain is different. This is what makes wood tiles so uniquely chio!
The hacked portions were all tidied up nicely and cabinet bases were done too! Even the citygas pipes were running already woohoo!
Our stove will be here!
Absolutely enjoy penning down this renovation process of our house!
