Dear blog,
November has been a crazy month so far. I'm always up to my neck with work, or at least for the past 2 weeks when everything seems to come up altogether, overwhelming me all at once, which explains the lack of updates. :(
I have been working overtime till 7+pm and sometimes 8pm everyday for the past weeks just to clear my work! It's so horrible! And on such days, I yearn to go back home just to have a good rest or seek some solace with the boy and friends, indulging in good comfort food just to make me feel better.
On one of the days, I met the boy at 8.30pm for dinner can you believe it?! Craving for some sushi goodness hence headed to the new Itacho outlet located at Ion.
My favourite mango sushi! ^^
We dropped by Starbucks thereafter to have the annual Toffee Nut Latte (which spells christmas!) and a apple cinnamon muffin to munch on. It's days like this when I really treasure his company ♥
This was on another occasion when I met JJ for dinner! Finally tried the famous Keisuke Tori King at Orchid Hotel! Horrendous queue but thank god JJ was early. I had the red spicy ramen with all toppings, lesser oil and normal noodle texture. Definitely prefer the black spicy which he had.
And rather recently, went out with the boy since early afternoon! Caught Captain Philips and I rather liked it ;) except for the fact that my colleague told me Captain Philips wasnt really a hero in real life :(
Btw, Shaw is having 1 for 1 weekend promotion for Safra members so head to Shaw everybody! Hahaha!
Anyway we had BKT for lunch just before the movie! It was pouring and I had this sudden craving for something warm and soupy so there we were, located just opposite Mos Burger at Bugis Junction. Heh.
Great food need not be expensive all the time ;)
Oh yea, we were just resting our legs when we took this picture. Hehe.
Just wanna say, we decided to head to the arcade after so many years!! Wahaha and we sure had fun. Those were the days! Never too old for arcade if you behave like a kid. LOL.
Oh and I really cannot wait for December to come! It's gonna be a big fat Christmas this year with such a high year end Bonus payout! *BIG BIG GRIN*
Okay, now I don't mind all the overtime. LOL.
