This calls for a celebration! :D

Last Friday saw us heading to Sarang as a celebratory dinner for me!

Reason being after working as a contract staff for 3 years, I finally upgraded to a permanent staff, with effect next month! Haha! Yay to me!

Signed the new letter of appointment that day and told this piece of great news to the boy!

So he offered to treat me to a good dinner! Of my favourite cuisine!

Sho happy that I finally got to try this place. The boy is being very sacrificing cause he can't really take spicy food but he's so willing that day. Sho sweet. :) Though he's drinking water half of the time. Haha! Need to train on his spiciness tolerance this one. ;)

We decided on a set for 2 which cost about $58++? Which we did not anticipate it being that much. :/

Drinks came! Mint Berry Cocktail - Cranberry, lime and sprite.

Appetizers next! Sarang Japchae - Stir fried vegetable vermicelli tossed in sesame oil

Top left: Fresh Kimchi!! Anytime baby. Haha! #kimchifan

Top right: Jeyuk Bokeum - Stir fried spicy pork on sizzling hot plate. (Comes with mashed potato and corn! So naise one!)

Bottom left: Budae Jjigae - Kimchi, sausage, spam and pork served in Seoul's favourite pot. (Super nice the stew! Leave me wanting for more! I even ask Dearie whether do they do refills of the stew. LOL!)

Bottom right: Tteokboki - Korean rice cakes and fish cake in a sweet and spicy sauce. (Ala Carte order)

Nom nom nom. Sho hungry! Feasting starts!

A table of food! So much so that the waiter can't serve us ice water. :( Not till we finished our cocktail. Even the couple at the table beside us look at us as though we were monsters when our food keep coming on the table. >.<

Nom nom!

Take picture! Then continue eating again!

We were so full and bloated that we forgot about our dessert until the waiter reminded us. :/
Bingsu - Korean style ice kachang. We only ate the liao cause too full. >.<

Total bill adds up to about $70ish. Oops. >.< Too ex. Can only indulge once in a long while. For the better of the wallets and the waistline. Hehe!
