Participated in a civil service event recently - up the Southern Ridges at Mount Faber Park! Left office around 2 to get there. Considered a perk yea! Hehe! The whole journey was 4km. And we get a chance to see the natural surroundings and scenery when we get up there! (:

The walk up is considered alright - rocky steps and alot alot of flight of stairs. But we are thankful that it is onl y in the beginning of the walk. Heh!

Finally up! It's so super windy up there! Hard to take a proper picture!! The wind definitely cool us down thou. Heehe!
Still continuing up to Henderson Waves. Seen The Jewel Box. Heard it's a very nice restaurant up there. With nice bands playing too. Would love to go there someday. Hehe!
At Henderson Waves! I guess it would be alot more romantic for couples to go at night! Cos I heard the scenery is very preetttyy!~ But of course, provided you are willing to go up there. Guess cars would make a better alternative to get up yea?
Tree Top walk! Very scary indeed when i look down from there. Cos it was just metal slates that we are stepping on. Sweat!~
We reached HortPark soon after!! Rested for awhile before continuing our last lap to our destination!
Yay! Finally reached! Exchanged our food pack which consists of COLD soya milk and a pancake each! Definitely yummy after walking for so long! Heheh! They have lucky draws but none of us won. :((
Event ended and it's home sweet home!
